Ingredients
- 6 - bonless pork loin chops, cut into 1"-thick chunks.
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2/ 7 oz packages mixed dried fruit
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced.
- 1 cup bbq sauce.
How To Make slow-cooked pork w/ dried fruit.

Step 1Place pork in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Sprinkle w/ thyme.. Add dried fruit and red bell pepper. Pour BBQ sauce over all ingredients. Cover, cook on low for 4 hrs or on high for 2 hrs. Transfer pork to serving platter and spoon sauce over pork.
