Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 4 - pork chops, 1/4"-thick
- 3 cups day-old french bread, cubed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
How To Make simply stuffed pork chops

Step 1Heat oven to 350. In lg skillet over med-high heat brown chops in oil on both sides. Place chops in lg baking dish.

Step 2In lg bowl, toss bread cubes, butter, broth, celery, onion and seasoning together. Place heaping mounds of dressing on top of chops.

Step 3In bowl, whisk together soup and 1/3 cup water. Pour over chops and stuffing. Cover w/ foil, bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake 10 more mins.
