Simply stuffed pork chops
2 Tbspvegetable or canola oil
4pork chops, 1/4"-thick
3 cday-old french bread, cubed
1/4 cmelted butter
1/4 cchicken broth
2 Tbspchopped celery
2 Tbspchopped onion
1/4 tsppoultry seasoning
1 can(s)reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
How to Make Simply stuffed pork chops
- Heat oven to 350. In lg skillet over med-high heat brown chops in oil on both sides. Place chops in lg baking dish.
- In lg bowl, toss bread cubes, butter, broth, celery, onion and seasoning together. Place heaping mounds of dressing on top of chops.
- In bowl, whisk together soup and 1/3 cup water. Pour over chops and stuffing. Cover w/ foil, bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake 10 more mins.
