simple stuffed pork chops
This is an easy recipe to follow- even if you aren't that into cooking. The ingredients are simple and this is dinner tonight. I am putting these babies in the cast iron skillet, stuffed and all. Then add a nice green salad and some lemon bars and a cup of coffee. Mmmm.Mmmm.Mmmm. Note: Get thick chops at the market and ask the butcher to make a pocket in them for you! He will- no charge.

-
Step 2Stuff chops with stuffing mixture. Secure with kitchen string or toothpicks. Grease or spray a large cast iron skillet and brown chops on both sides.
-
Step 3Combine dried onion soup mix, vegetable broth, soy and W sauce. Add to pork chops. Cover and simmer 50 minutes or so. Remove to a warm oven (225^)on oven proof platter.
-
Step 4Whisk remaining evaporated milk gradually into flour in a small measuring cup. Stir into hot liquid in the skillet. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour over chops. No need for potatoes- you have the dressing. Enjoy!
