1 pkg( 20 oz ) refrigerated cheese tortellini

5italine sausage links

2 Tbspolive oil

1 jar(s)( 15 oz ) roasted sweet red peppers drained

1 can(s)( 15 oz ) pizza sauce

1 c( 4 oz ) shredded mozzarella cheese

2 Tbspshredded parmensan cheese
How to Make Roasted Pepper Torellini
- cook the tortellini according to package directions. meanwhile, in a large skillet cook sausage in oil over medium heat until no longer pink, drain and cut into 1/4" slices.
- place the peppers in a blender or a food processor cover and process until smooth.
- dain the tortellini and add pureed peppers and pizza sauce to the skillet, and stire to combine.
- cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, cover and heat until cheese is melted.
