pork stir fry surprise
(1 RATING)
We call this pork stir fry surprise because when I made it, I had no clue really what I was going to put in it. And when I was done, it was the best pork stir fry I had ever made. We love it.

How To Make pork stir fry surprise
-
Step 1In large frying pan or wok, put sesame oil. Cube pork into bite size pieces. Heat pan and add pork. Begin browning pork. While cooking, add diced apple, ginger and cinnamon. Cook until pork is completely done.
-
Step 2While pork is cooking - take the teriyaki sauce and pour it into a bowl. Add the soy sauce. Then take the 1/2 can of cranberry sauce and add it. Stir it with a fork, mashing the cranberry sauce up as much as possible.
-
Step 3When pork is done, add the bag of frozen stir fry vegetables and mix together. Then dump the sauce over top. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally until vegetables are crisp, done. The cranberry sauce will have dissolved into a thick sauce that is delicious. Serve over rice and enjoy.
