Ingredients
- 4 - apples, cored, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup jam, any flavor (peach/apricot)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 4 large - thick center cut loin chops
- 4 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make pork chops with apple raisin sauce

Step 1Add cubed apples to medium sauce pan. Stir in water, brown sugar, raisins, jam, cinnamon, maple syrup or jam and salt.

Step 2Place sauce pan over medium heat and cook until tender about ten minutes.

Step 3Season pork chops and put in a skillet with hot olive oil and add the Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4Cook for 6-7 minutes per side. Do not over cook, only until just done in middle of the chop or the meat will be dry and tough.

Step 5When chops are browned and almost done, add the apple mixture to the skillet and simmer for two minutes.

Step 6Place the pork chops onto platte3r, top with the raisin mixture and drizzle any sauce left in the pan over the top of the chops!
