My family loves this a lot. It dosen't last long at meal time. When I don't have nuch time I use the slow cooker to make this.

Ingredients
- 8 - pork chops
- 1 - medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chicken base
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- - salt and pepper (lightly)
How To Make pork chops and rice

Step 1Brown pork chops slowly, but not too brown. Saute' onion in grease where chops were cooked.

Step 2In a large baking dish, mix all ingredients and lay pork chop on top. cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
