Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pork tederloin
- 2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated pamesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil or camola oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 - garlic clove minced
How To Make parmesan pork medallions

Step 1cut pork into slices, flatten to 1/4" thickness.

Step 2in a large plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. add pork one slice at a time and coat by shaking the bag.

Step 3in a large skilet over meduim heat , cook pork in oil for 3-4 minutes on both sides or until meat is no longer pink, remove from pan and keep warm.

Step 4add the onions to the pan, cook and stir until tender, add garlic and cook one minute more, place pork chops back in the pan and heat 2 minutes and serve.
