- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1/8 t. ground red pepper
- 1 - sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten

How To Make oven fried pork chops

Step 1Sprinkle pork chops with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Place cracker crumbs in shallow dish. Dip chops in egg and dredge in cracker crumbs. Place on lightly greased rack on a baking sheet. Spray chops evenly with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes oe until done. Makes 4 servings.
