Ingredients
- 2/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, no sugar added
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 8 ounces can pineapple chunks and juice with no sugar added
- 2 - green peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 16 ounces turkey ham, or ham cubed
- 1/2 cup cooked rice, per serving (optional)
How To Make oriental ham

Step 1Stir juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch, in a large skillet, until dissolved.

Step 2Add pineapple, onion, pepper, and turkey ham.

Step 3Simmer over low heat, until heated through. Divide evenly.

Step 4Serve over 1/2 cup cooked rice for each serving, if desired (optional).

Step 5Each serving provides: 4 protein exchgs., 1 1/4 vegetable exchgs., 1 fruit exchg., 1 bread exchg., 10 calories optional exchg.
