This is my mini version of one of my favorite sandwiches...perfect for lunch or as a snack. I hope that you will try this easy and delicious lil' sammie. Cooking with, Passion,sw :)

Ingredients

  • 4 - english muffins, split
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 4-6 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced & divided
  • 6-8 tablespoons olive tapenade
  • 4 slices ham, julienne
  • 4 slices mortadella, julienne
  • 4 slices slices genoa salami, julienne
  • 4-6 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced & divided
  • 2-4 pinches creole seasoning

How To Make mini muffuletta pizza sammies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place muffin halves on a cookie sheet. Brush the tops of muffins with half of the olive oil. Top each muffin with equal parts cheese, tapenade, ham, mortadella, salami and remaining cheese.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle Creole seasoning and a drizzle remaining olive oil on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 15 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and enjoy.
