2 lbground sirloin
2 sliceuncured bacon, uncooked and diced
2 Tbspground flax seed
1 Tbspmrs dash garlic & herb
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1/4 cpepper jack cheese (i diced up 3 sandwich slices of pepper jack)
6 ozcan organic tomato paste
1/3-1/2 cdiced tomato, green pepper, and onion mixture (i buy this prechopped at the store but you can diy)

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray a loaf pan with nonstick.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; press into loaf pan. * I pressed it in so it binds together better. *
