I wanted to make a beef casserole one night, but all I had in the freezer was sausage! I decided to make it with the sausage and came out with a family pleaser~

Ingredients

1 pound sausage
2 cans cream corn
1/4 box velveeta
1 can green chilies
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
- little extra milk

How To Make delisous sausage corn~bread casserole

Step 1

Brown 1lb. sausage, drain. In an 8 x 8 casserole dish,put in the crumbled up sausage with 2 cans of cream corn.

Step 2

Add 1/4 block of Velveeta cheese, and green chilies to taste.
Step 3

Mix up 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix, according to package directions., plus a little extra milkk.
Step 4

Pour corn bread mixture over sausage mix. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
