You can use Gluten Free Bisquick for those that are Celiac or eating Gluten Free! This is good to use with dinner or any meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hot sausage, uncooked ( don't need it to be hot, it can be medium etc)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups bisquick ( can get the gluten free if you prefer )
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cream cheese sausage balls

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Step 3
    Roll into 1-inch balls. Place balls into muffin pans that has been sprayed.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
  • Step 5
    Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.
