My aunt Shirley used to make this for every church potluck supper and everyone always loved it. There was never any left-overs, lol. I made it a little healthier by using no yolk noodles, reduced fat soup and cheese and light sour cream, but it's full-flavored all the way.
1Cook noodles as directed, drain. heat oven at 350. Lightly spray a 3-qt baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, sour cream, 3-1/2 cups swiss cheese, ham, peas, onion powder and salt and pepper. mix well.
2Stir in cooked noodles. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle w/ panko crumbs. Bake, uncovered for 30 mins. Sprinkle w/ remaining swiss cheese.
