Ingredients

  • DRY RUB
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • CHOPS
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, 1-inch thick
  • olive oil

How To Make baked pork chops

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with sides with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients together.

  • Step 3
    Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Drizzle and rub the pork with olive oil and season them with the dry rub. Rub the seasoning all over the chops on both sides.
  • Step 4
    Place the pork chops onto the prepared baking sheet.

  • Step 5
    Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 140 to 145 degrees F.
  • Step 6
    Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, tented with aluminum foil. Serve.
