Ingredients
- 4 - (4 oz.) boneless center-cut pork chops
- 1 - egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated asiago cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
How To Make asiago crusted pork chops

Step 1Place pork between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; use a meat mallet or small heavy skillet to pound meat to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.

Step 2Place egg white in a shallow dish. Combine panko, cheese, salt and pepper in another shallow dish. Dip pork in egg white; dredge in panko mixture, pressing gently with fingers to coat.

Step 3Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add pork; cook 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Sprinkle each evenly with thyme.
