Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups ( about 4 med ) pototoes sliced
- 1 cup sliced raw carrots
- 1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
- - salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make 6 layer sausage casserole

Step 1In place of pork sausage Beef,or Italian sauasge can be used.

Step 2partly cook sausage, breaking up into small pieces, and drain well.

Step 3place sausage in a casserole dish and layer with rice, potatoes, onion, carrots, add tomatoes with juice.

Step 4combine salt, pepper, and sugar, and sprinkle over the top of vegatables. cover dish and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
