Barbecue Tortilla Pizzas

4 largeflour tortillas
1 cshredded barbecue in sauce
1 cyellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cred onion, chopped
2 cmozzerella, shredded
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Barbecue Tortilla Pizzas
- Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat or with aluminum foil that has been sprayed down with cooking spray.
- Arrange tortillas on the sheet with edges touching. Top each tortilla with a quarter cup of the chicken the onion and the bell peppers until all is used.
- Top the tortillas evenly with the cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
