I love this because it's so simple to make, packed with flavor and can be made even healthier by adding more veggies than tortellinis, the lite dressing, and the turkey pepperoni(did you know turkey pepperoni has only 35 calories, 0 carbs, 2 g of fat, per 8 slices?!) Great for get-togethers...

Ingredients
- 1 package fresh cheese tortellinis (in the fridge section), cooked, drained and cooled
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 - small can of chopped olives
- 2 - green onions, diced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, the good stuff
- - some turkey pepperoni, stacked and cut in quarters
- 1/2-3/4 cup italian salad dressing (i like ken's steak house northern italian lite)
How To Make tortellini salad

Step 1Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to coat. Chill for a couple of hrs before serving.
