well i have lived in florida since 1979. around 1985, 1986 i was well known at the community college in melbourne for this casserole! i will say when you create this dish you will bring joy and great taste to your dinner table!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for letting me share this dish and hope everyone loves it?

method ---

yield reg. casserole serves up to a family of 6

Ingredients

10 ounces egg noodles cooked and drained
8 ounces of sour cream mixed with noodles
8 ounces of cottage cheese mixed with noodles
1 pound of ground beef sauteed in frying pan and drained
1 can of tomato sauce in drained meat then add salt and pepper to taste
4 cups of grated cheese (pref) cheddar can use any kind

How To Make sour cream noodle bake

Step 1

take ground beef layer on the bottom of the casserole dish

Step 2

pour noodle mixture on top of ground beef
Step 3

dress with grated cheese
Step 4

bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 mins. until cheese is melted and wah lah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
