Who doesn't love roasted vegetables? My parents love tending their massive Garden! This is such a great, tasty Combo. Serve with fruit salad.

Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli flowerettes and stems
- 20 ounces refridgerated or frozen tortelini pasta
- 1 medium lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic parsley salt
- grated parmasan
How To Make roasted broccoli with lemon tortelini

Step 1In a large bowl toss Broccoli in Olive Oil, Coating completely. Squeeze lemon and sprinkle Garlic salt. Toss again.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400. Secure a sheet pan and cover with foil. Spread Broccoli onto pan evenly. Bake 25 min.

Step 3In a 5 quart pot, bring water to a rapid boil, add in pasta. cook 5-7 min. Drain pasta.

Step 4When Broccoli is done roasting, spoon over pasta. Grate parmesan over each individual portions.
