Ingredients
- 1 - yellow onion, chopped
- 2 - whole garlic, chopped
- 2 packages fresh mushrooms, sliced or chopped
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 2 tablespoons salt
How To Make one pot mushroom pasta

Step 1Sautee onion in large sauce pan over high heat until softened. Lower heat to medium.

Step 2Add garlic & mushrooms and sautee until softened.

Step 3Add vegetable broth and milk. Stir.

Step 4Add spices as deisred. Mix well.

Step 5Add pasta. Stir to coat all pasta in sauce.

Step 6Cover and lower heat to simmer, cooking until noodles are soft and sauce has reached desired consistency. Serve.
