- 1 rope kielbasa-cut in pieces
- 1/2 medium onion -diced
- 1 large yellow sqash-diced
- 1 medium zucchini- diced
- 11/2 cups arborio rice
- 3 cups chicken or beef broth
How To Make kielbasa rice supreme skillet

Step 1In a deep non-stick Skillet on medium/high heat, brown Kielbasa and Mushrooms, and onion until browned. Add in Cut Veggies.

Step 2Stir everything until veg is translucent. Add in Arborio Rice. Stir again to combined. Bring to a boil, the reduce heat to a simmer for 20 min. or until all liquid is absorbed
