Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - 26 oz jar marinara sauce
- 1 - 14-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 - 9 oz pkg oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese.
How To Make healthy ground turkey and spinach lasagna

Step 1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat. Saute turkey in oil until browned. In lg bowl, combine cooled turkey, marinara sauce, and tomatoes.

Step 2Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. Pour 1 cup turkey mix into cooker. Layer on 3 noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach and more sauce.

Step 3Repeat layers 2 times, ending w/ sauce. Cover, cook on low for 2-1/2 hrs. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese.
