These are wonderful tasting pasta rolls, full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1
    10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1
    16 oz container low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 8
    lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
  • 1
    28 oz jar favorite pasta sauce
  • 1-1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded italian style cheese blend

How to Make Fast florentine pasta rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg bowl, stir together 1st 4 ingredients. Spread mix mix evenly over lasagna noodles. Roll up.
  2. Lightly spray a microwaveable baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place rolls, seam-side down in dish.
  3. Pour sauce over rolls, sprinkle w/ cheese. Microwave, uncovered on high for 8 mins, or until cheese is melted.
