Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 jar (12 oz.) heinz homestyle savory beef gravy
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 cups cooked egg noodles
How To Make ellen's beef stroganoff sans mushrooms

Step 1In a medium skillet over medium high heat, cook ground chuck until browned; drain.

Step 2Combine cooked beef, gravy and seasonings in the same skillet. Simmer three minutes, stiring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.

Step 3Serve immediately over noodles.
