Ingredients For egg noodles and cottage cheese

  • 1 box
    85 gram lemon jello
  • 4
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1/2 c
    cold water
  • 1/2c c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    each celery,red pepper.green pepper green onions s and p to taste

How To Make egg noodles and cottage cheese

    boil eggs to hard boiled stage,,fine chop all the vegies

    put jello powder in medium size bowl por 1 cup boiling water and stir til dissolved add 1/2 cup cold water mayonnaise and vinegar and beat til well combined..pour into pie plate and place into freezer..leave in until the outer 1 inch outer has jelled and center is still loose..when outer edge is tske out of freezer.put into bowl and beat with hand or electric beater..add the vegies and chopped eggs til completely combined..pour unto a mold and refrigate until set which will take several hours ...
