Ingredients

  • 6 ounces chicken breast filet
  • 1-2 tablespoon greek olive oil
  • 14 1/2 ounces can of rold gold diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 - kalamata (greek) olives
  • 1/4 package rice noodles, cooked

How To Make diana's chicken noodle spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Sauté chicken filet in olive oil until tender. Cut in small slices.
  • Step 2
    Add tomatoes, purée and spices.
  • Step 3
    Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until thick.
  • Step 4
    Add Greek olives until warm.
  • Step 5
    Serve on a bed of rice noodles with Parmesan cheese sprinkles.
