Ingredients
- 6 ounces chicken breast filet
- 1-2 tablespoon greek olive oil
- 14 1/2 ounces can of rold gold diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 - kalamata (greek) olives
- 1/4 package rice noodles, cooked
How To Make diana's chicken noodle spaghetti

Step 1Sauté chicken filet in olive oil until tender. Cut in small slices.

Step 2Add tomatoes, purée and spices.

Step 3Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until thick.

Step 4Add Greek olives until warm.

Step 5Serve on a bed of rice noodles with Parmesan cheese sprinkles.
