  • 6 oz
    chicken breast filet
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    greek olive oil
  • 14 1/2 oz
    can of rold gold diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato puree
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 6
    kalamata (greek) olives
  • 1/4 pkg
    rice noodles, cooked

How to Make Diana's Chicken Noodle Spaghetti


  1. Sauté chicken filet in olive oil until tender. Cut in small slices.
  2. Add tomatoes, purée and spices.
  3. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until thick.
  4. Add Greek olives until warm.
  5. Serve on a bed of rice noodles with Parmesan cheese sprinkles.
