channing's pork spaghetti
I got this recipe from my cousin Judy who got this recipe from her ex-husband whose family came from Sicily. There are NO italian herbs in this concoction. I love it just as she gave it to me. Her instructions say to stop the addition of allspice when you can SMELL it. That is good enough for me.

Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops, cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 7 cloves garlic
- 2 cups minced onions
- THEN ADD
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons allspice ground......secret ingredient.
- 4+ tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- NEAR THE END.....
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can chopped black olives

Step 1Saute the cubed pork, onions, garlic and butter.

Step 2Add the tomato sauce, paste, everything EXCEPT the mushrooms and black olives. Simmer on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.

Step 3Just before serving, add the mushrooms and black olives.
