This is a keto friendly chili recipe that will use up those thanksgiving leftovers and warm you up on these cool winter evenings. Enjoy!

Ingredients For turkey chili

  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1 md
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 can
    chicken broth
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes with chili's
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    white chili seasoning mix
  • 1 c
    turkey
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper

How To Make turkey chili

  • 1
    Over medium high heat in a large stock pot add olive oil, chopped onion, and cauliflower florets. Cook until onion is translucent.

    Add cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, tomatoes, and seasoning packet. Stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thick and bubbly.

    Add turkey, and cilantro. Continue to simmer over medium heat 5-10min. Add salt and pepper to taste

    Serve hot. Top with shredded cheese.
