Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium cauliflower, small florets
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chili's
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package white chili seasoning mix
- 1 cup turkey
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
How To Make turkey chili

Step 1Over medium high heat in a large stock pot add olive oil, chopped onion, and cauliflower florets. Cook until onion is translucent.

Step 2Add cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, tomatoes, and seasoning packet. Stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is thick and bubbly.

Step 3Add turkey, and cilantro. Continue to simmer over medium heat 5-10min. Add salt and pepper to taste

Step 4Serve hot. Top with shredded cheese.
