Tomato Rubens on Rye
This is lacto/ovo/vegan.
As I have mentioned before I went vegetarian for 10 years, and have 3 vegetarians in my family, 2 of them vegan.
This is very tasty and filling too.
2 slicerye bread, we like seeded jewish rye
2 sliceswiss cheese
1 Tbspgrainy deli style mustard
2 sliceripe tomato
1/4 csauerkraut, well drained
10 sprig(s)of spray butter per slice of bread
1 Tbspthousand island dressing, or russian dressing
