Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound canned or fresh soybeans
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 - large onion, diced
  • 1 - large garlic clove, mashed
  • 1 cup millet, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons ketshup
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 cup wheatgerm
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 - basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make soy patties

  • Step 1
    Mash soybeans
  • Step 2
    Saute other veggies in oil.
  • Step 3
    Cook until ingredients are dry.
  • Step 4
    Add beaten egg, wheat germ, flour and herbs.
  • Step 5
    Make into patties and fry in oil.
