- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 - large onion, diced
- 1 - large garlic clove, mashed
- 1 cup millet, cooked
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons ketshup
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup wheatgerm
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 4 - basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make soy patties

Step 1Mash soybeans

Step 2Saute other veggies in oil.

Step 3Cook until ingredients are dry.

Step 4Add beaten egg, wheat germ, flour and herbs.
