Makes 4 servings


  • 30 large
    shrimp, peeled and butterflied
  • ·
    arrange on a baking sheet, in rows
  • ·
    season with salt and pepper
  • ·
    make sauce with:
  • 2 stick
  • 1/4 c
    dry vermouth
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
    each of green onions tops and parsley

How to Make SHRIMP MS. ANN


  1. Simmer first four ingredients over low heat for 10 minutes. Add chopped onion tops and parsley to sauce. Pour over shrimp. Broil for about 10 minutes, until shrimp are cooked. Makes 4 serving.
