I am having to drastically change my dietary foods, so I am limited to certain things. This recipe is like a Fajita of sorts. It uses ground beef and salt free seasonings, onions, peppers and thick greek flat bread. Gyro) Even hubby likes it!

- 1 medium red bell pepper-long strips
- 2 medium onion-sliced moon shapes
- 2 medium green bell peppers-cut in long strips
- 1 package gyro flat bread
- 1 package shredded mozzarella
- 1 pound ground beef-browned
How To Make seasoned veggie gyros

Step 1In a skillet, add Ground beef. Cook until no longer pink. Drain. Add in veggies and onions, Saute'. until tender.

Step 2Secure a microwave plate. Place a Gyro, Add prepared veggies, then sprinkle on mozzerella. Microwave just1 min. Fold and Enjoy!
