Ingredients For salmon cakes

7 1/2 ozcan red salmon, drained and flaked

1/3 csaltine cracker crumbs

1egg, slightly beaten

2 Tbspchopped onion

2 Tbspmilk

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspbutter or margarine
How To Make salmon cakes

1Combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape into 4 flat patties. Melt butter in small skillet. Saute patties on both sides, until golden brown and heated through. Add more butter if needed. Makes 2-4 servings.
