Ingredients
- 7 1/2 ounces can red salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
How To Make salmon cakes

Step 1Combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape into 4 flat patties. Melt butter in small skillet. Saute patties on both sides, until golden brown and heated through. Add more butter if needed. Makes 2-4 servings.
