Ingredients
- 6-8 large red bell peppers
- 1-2 can italian tomatoes
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- dash black pepper
How To Make red peppers in sauce

Step 1Wash and slice your peppers, long ways and thin.

Step 2In a large pan sauté your garlic and then add peppers. Sauté for a few minutes.

Step 3Blend and add tomato’s (you can use 2 cans if you want more sauce). Add pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat, cover and let simmer until peppers are soft. When peppers are soft, sprinkle your Parmesan cheese on top.

Step 4You can put peppers onto a piece of Italian bread (hero), eat as a side dish or put on top of pasta or steak. Whichever way you like!
