Ingredients

  • 6-8 large red bell peppers
  • 1-2 can italian tomatoes
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 3-4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • dash black pepper

How To Make red peppers in sauce

  • Step 1
    Wash and slice your peppers, long ways and thin.
  • Step 2
    In a large pan sauté your garlic and then add peppers. Sauté for a few minutes.
  • Step 3
    Blend and add tomato’s (you can use 2 cans if you want more sauce). Add pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat, cover and let simmer until peppers are soft. When peppers are soft, sprinkle your Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Step 4
    You can put peppers onto a piece of Italian bread (hero), eat as a side dish or put on top of pasta or steak. Whichever way you like!
