not macaroni and cheese
I love Mac and cheese, but carbs are a no no . so I gave cauliflower as the pasta a try, I actually like it a lot.

Ingredients
- 1 med head - cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 + cups cheese, flavor of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups or more left over ham
- 1 cup french fried onion rings
How To Make not macaroni and cheese

Step 1Steam to eldante the cauliflower

Step 2While Cauliflower steams heat milk to a slow boil .

Step 3Add roux and stir till thickened. Add cheese stirring until melted and mixed.

Step 4Mix in a large bowl Ham and Cauliflower. Add cheese sauce and mix well.

Step 5Pour into a greased 9 by 13 baking pan, Bake 30 minutes or so.

Step 6At 30 minutes top with half the container of french onion rings and bake at least 15 minutes more.

Step 7Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes or more , serve warm with a salad, and a crusty bread.
