    tuna in water
  • 1 small
  • 1 stalk(s)
  • 1/2 c

    fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2
    slices cheese i like cheddar

How to Make Low carb tuna melt


  1. Mix tuna with chopped celery onions and mayonnaise
    Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a pan sauté mushroom caps for about two minutes per side. Then fill with tuna top with cheese put into a 300 degree oven till out and bubble.
  3. Serve with a small green salad.
