- 1 can tuna in water
- 1 small onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
- 2 - slices cheese i like cheddar
How To Make low carb tuna melt

Step 1Mix tuna with chopped celery onions and mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2In a pan sauté mushroom caps for about two minutes per side. Then fill with tuna top with cheese put into a 300 degree oven till out and bubble.

Step 3Serve with a small green salad.
