Ingredients
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp
- 1 pound linguine, uncooked
- 1/2 medium lemon-juiced
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic-minced
- 1/2 medium onion-chopped
How To Make lemon shrimp scampi

Step 1Melt Butter in a deep, nonstick Skillet over med/ high Heat. Add in Chopped Onion and Garlic until fragrant.

Step 2Add in Shrimp and until pink. In a big Saucepan, Cook Pasta until Al-dente'.

Step 3To the Skillet, Add in cooked Pasta. Squeeze in the 1/2 of the lemon, avoiding seeds if all cost Tip: I cut the lemon, then juice that 1/2 cut side up!
