Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 small onion diced plus small zuchinni , sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon all spice - optional - i like it
  • 28 ounces crushed tomato
  • 14 ounces fire roasted tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste plus 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 packet, truvia
  • 1 bay leaf

How To Make ~ ip bean-less chili ( keto )

  • Step 1
    Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Once hot add oil, onion, celery, pepper and garlic. Stir and cook about 3 min. Add beef and zucchini and break up meat as cooking. Drain if needed.
  • Step 2
    Add spices. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Cover set tab to seal. High pressure...set 10 minutes. Let it release steam naturally. Once steam is released, remove lid and stir. If want thicker, turn back onto saute and cook until thickness desired. Taste and adjust seasoning to desired taste.
  • Step 3
    Enjoy with cheese, avocado and sour cream if desired.
