I really enjoy a good sandwich and I like to serve them at a casual gathering where people can prepare their own and all you have to do is sit back and enjoy all the oohs and ahhs! My favorite to serve are my deli style sandwiches made with toasted mini buns. I place everything out on serving platters and let my guests go at it. This is always a big hit and a good time is had by all!
