Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, canned in water-drained
  • 10 ounces small shell pasta
  • 1/2 medium onion-diced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 medium carrots-diced
  • 1 cup celery-diced
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make creamy cheesy tuna and shells

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet add 2 T Oil. Add in Carrots, celery and onion, Sauté' until tender on med/high heat.
  • Step 2
    After veggies are tender, sprinkle in flour, Stir until you see no more flour .Slowly add milk, Reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occassionally until think and bubbly. Add in cheese and dill. Stir. Keep warm.
  • Step 3
    In a large pot, boil shells until al-dente'. Drain and Add to skillet.
  • Step 4
    Serve and enjoy
