Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef or i use thin sliced sirloin
- 5 cups chopped cabbage
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes & chiles
- 1 cup riced cauliflower - i make my own in my ninja
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon each- oregano and dried thyme
How To Make ~ cozy cabbage & beef soup ~ ip

Step 1Turn pot on sauté. Once hot add oil and ground beef or steak. Stir and break up ground beef if using until browned..

Step 2Add onion and carrots. Sauté about 5 min, stirring occasionally. Turn off.

Step 3Add tomatoes and juice, cabbage, beef broth, cauliflower, thyme, salt and oregano. Stir together.

Step 4Place lid on pot and seal vent. Press high pressure button and set for 20 minutes. Let release naturally for 15 minutes. Release remaining pressure.

Step 5Stir re- season if need be. Stir and serve. Serving 1.5 cups, 160 cal, fat 7 g, 8 carbs, fiber 2 g, protein 13 g
