  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

How To Make cheese "noodles" keto friendly

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl combine eggs, cream cheese, italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder.
  • Step 2
    Mix with a hand mixer 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Fold mozzarella and parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Step 4
    Spread out into an even layer onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Step 5
    Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 6
    Let thoroughly cool for 20 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Use a pizza cutter to cut into whatever size noodles you prefer. Great for Lasagna or keep whole for awesome pizza crust!
