- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans red kidney beans, drained
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- - sour cream for topping
- - shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Step 1Put all ingredients into a large heavy skillet and simmer until thick. Garnish with green table onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream. You can eat this on a plate or use it as an appetizer with tortilla chips or corn chips.
