red kidney beans, drained
2 can(s)
tomato soup
4 Tbsp
chili powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
white vinegar
1/2 c
green onions, sliced
sour cream for topping
shredded cheddar cheese for topping

How to Make Burr Street Chili Con Carne


  • 1Put all ingredients into a large heavy skillet and simmer until thick. Garnish with green table onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream. You can eat this on a plate or use it as an appetizer with tortilla chips or corn chips.
