This is an absolute keeper! All the flavors of a European Dish with the convienence of Simplicity! A family favorite in my household! Hope you enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margerine
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 1 pound package of cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 package (4 1/2 oz.) package of (quick cooking noodles and sour cream & chive sauce mix)
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

How To Make bavarian sausage supper

  • Step 1
    In a skillet, saute coleslaw mix and carrots in butter until crisp tender.
  • Step 2
    Add water; bring to a boil.
  • Step 3
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Step 4
    Return to a boil; cook for 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stirring occasionally. Recipe yields 5 servings.
