Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 1 stick celery
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 2 - green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 4 - lettuce leaves
How To Make asian chicken & veggie lettuce wraps

Step 1Add oils to a good nonstick pan. Chop carrot, celery, green onions and red bell pepper. Mince garlic clove and set aside. Set one of the chopped green onions aside.

Step 2Mix all spices together on a plate or small bowl, sprinkle half on chicken breast and half on the veggie mixture. Saute veggies in oil until they start to caramelize, add soy sauce and stir. Remove from pan and set aside.

Step 3In the same pan, cook chicken breast until good and browned on both sides

Step 4Remove chicken from pan and chop up fairly small, return to pan and saute a bit more until its good and browned.

Step 5Add veggies back in pan with chicken, add minced garlic and honey... saute for about 1 minute

Step 6sprinkle with remaining green onion, fill lettuce leaves, eat & ENJOY!
