1Add oils to a good nonstick pan. Chop carrot, celery, green onions and red bell pepper. Mince garlic clove and set aside. Set one of the chopped green onions aside.
2Mix all spices together on a plate or small bowl, sprinkle half on chicken breast and half on the veggie mixture. Saute veggies in oil until they start to caramelize, add soy sauce and stir. Remove from pan and set aside.
3In the same pan, cook chicken breast until good and browned on both sides
4Remove chicken from pan and chop up fairly small, return to pan and saute a bit more until its good and browned.
5Add veggies back in pan with chicken, add minced garlic and honey... saute for about 1 minute
6sprinkle with remaining green onion, fill lettuce leaves, eat & ENJOY!
