2 Pizza Doughs
Ingredients
- DRY INGREDIENTS
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- YEAST MIXTURE
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- OIL TO COVER DOUGH BALL WELL
How To Make pizza crust

Step 1Measure Dry Ingredients into a bowl.

Step 2Add warm water, yeast and sugar together and stir a few time to mix the mixture. Let rise until yeast is puffy and active.

Step 3Mix yeast mixture into dry ingredients until all the flour is incorporated. (I use my fingers and yes it is messy but fast.) Form dough into a ball and cover with oil, top and bottom. Cover bowl and let dough rise for 20 minutes. Press dough onto oiled pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
