Ingredients For italian antipasto salad

  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 2 c
    cauliflower, small florets
  • 1 c
    yellow bell pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1 c
    red pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 c
    green olives
  • 1/2 c
    black olives
  • 1 c
    provolone cheese sliced into cubes
  • 1 c
    motz. cheese sliced into cubes
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes cut into half
  • 1 c
    hard salami, sliced into cubes
  • 1 c
    pepperoni slices

How To Make italian antipasto salad

    Combine all ingredients and add 8 oz of your favorite Italian dressing.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
