I made this recipe for my mother in laws party. several of her guest asked me for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower, small florets
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup red pepper cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1 cup provolone cheese sliced into cubes
  • 1 cup motz. cheese sliced into cubes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut into half
  • 1 cup hard salami, sliced into cubes
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices

How To Make italian antipasto salad

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients and add 8 oz of your favorite Italian dressing.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
